PHWU Documate Showcased at WU Innovation Day 2025: Smart Assistant to Elevate Dean’s Office Operations
"Administrative staff from the Dean’s Office of the School of Public Health, Walailak University, proudly presented their innovation, PHWU Documate, in WUID: WU Innovation Day 2025 at WU Hospital, hosted by the Division of Human Resources and Organization. The event aimed to foster knowledge sharing and promote innovation across all colleges and schools to enhance workplace efficiency and service delivery. PHWU Documate is an intelligent assistant system created to streamline internal communication and enhance information services via the Line Official Account platform. Designed with a user-centered approach, the system continuously updates information 24/7 and addresses the needs of three key groups: administrative staff, academic personnel, and students. Its personalized communication style helps reduce redundant inquiries and response time significantly. The innovation also includes a clear implementation Gantt Chart and impact assessments on service quality, operational efficiency, and future development. Planned advancements include building a One Stop Service platform and improving the system's user interface (UI) for better accessibility. Outcomes from the implementation of PHWU Documate revealed impressive results: a 75% increase in user satisfaction and over 40% reduction in service response time. This project reflects the office’s commitment to embracing digital tools and driving sustainable organizational growth."
