Upskilling Policy and Organizational Quality Management for the Data & AI Era in Higher Education

On December 26–27, 2025, staff members from the Dean’s Office of the School of Public Health, Walailak University, including representatives from administrative and academic support units, participated in the Academic Conference of the Network for Policy, Planning, and Organizational Quality Development. The conference, themed “Empowering Higher Education Policy & Quality in the Data-Driven Era,” was organized by the Council of University Presidents of Thailand and hosted at the Academic Services Center, Chiang Mai University. The event provided a platform for exchanging knowledge, perspectives, and best practices in policy development, strategic planning, and organizational quality management within the context of data-driven and digitally transformed higher education systems. The program emphasized the application of data analytics and artificial intelligence to enhance institutional efficiency, policy formulation, and evidence-based decision-making. Participation in this conference reflects the School of Public Health’s commitment to strengthening staff capacity and advancing modern, transparent, and sustainable organizational management aligned with the evolving landscape of higher education.
