Kunming Medical University Welcomes “Dek Wirat PHWU” Students and Faculty from Walailak University with Warm Hospitality

On November 4, 2024, Kunming Medical University held a welcoming ceremony for ""Dek Wirat PHWU"" students and faculty from the School of Public Health, Walailak University. The event was officiated by Prof. Cai Le, a distinguished leader at Kunming Medical University, who graciously welcomed the visiting delegation with a warm ceremony and thoughtful gifts, leaving the students and faculty feeling honored and impressed by the hospitality extended. Following the morning ceremony, the Dek Wirat PHWU group embarked on an immersive campus tour, exploring key facilities and prominent sites across Kunming Medical University. The tour began with a visit to the One-stop Student Community, a comprehensive service center for students. The group then visited three notable museums: the University History Gallery, the Medical Humanities Museum, and the Anatomy Museum, each filled with rich information and inspiring stories. This experience offered not only new knowledge but also served as an eye-opening opportunity that inspired students and broadened their perspectives on medical and public health education in an international context.
