Walailak University Public Health Faculty Members Participate in Australian Green Economy Mission to Sustainability Expo Thailand 2024

On October 2, 2567, Associate Professor Dr. Jira Kongpran and Dr. Saowaluk Krainara from the School of Public Health, Walailak University, attended the Australian Green Economy Mission to Sustainability Expo Thailand 2024, organized by the Australian Embassy at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center. The event aimed to build networks and strengthen relationships between Thailand and Australia in promoting a green economy. Key themes presented included AgriTech, Smart Cities, and Green Skills, all aligned with sustainable development practices. During the expo, the representatives from the School of Public Health engaged in discussions with industry leaders from Australia, exchanging insights and exploring future collaboration in research and training that would support sustainable development at Walailak University. This participation reflects Walailak University’s commitment to establishing strong international partnerships and equipping students and faculty with knowledge and skills in emerging fields.
