School of Public Health Celebrates Students’ International Award Wins in Public Health Leadership and Innovation

The School of Public Health at Walailak University proudly announces the remarkable achievements of its students who have won prestigious international awards from the Greater Mekong Subregion Public Health Academic Network in 2024. Mr. Thanatorn Phuangkong, former president of the School of Public Health's student union, has been honored with the ""Greater Mekong Subregion Public Health Academic Network International Outstanding Student Award 2024"" in the Public Health Leadership category. This award recognizes his exemplary leadership and dedication to advancing public health initiatives in the region. Additionally, Ms. Sutina Duangchuai, affectionately known as ""P' Pear,"" received the ""Greater Mekong Subregion Public Health Academic Network International Outstanding Student Award 2024"" in the Environmental Health Innovation category. Her outstanding work in developing innovative solutions for environmental health challenges has been widely acclaimed. The School of Public Health takes immense pride in the accomplishments of these students, which underscore the high quality of education and the readiness of our students to become future leaders in public health.
