Professor Dr. Harald Platen from THM Visits

"Professor Dr. Harald Platen from the University of Applied Sciences Mittelhessen (THM) in Germany recently visited the School of Public Health at Walailak University (WU) in Thailand on May 16, 2024. Representing THM's UHSI (EHS) Bachelor's and Master's programs, Dr. Platen identified notable similarities between WU’s and THM’s courses in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE). The visit included discussions on potential collaboration, including student and staff exchanges, joint research projects, and online courses. Both institutions are optimistic about establishing a partnership to enhance educational and research opportunities in HSE. Further talks will finalize the specifics of this promising cooperation."
