School of Public Health Marks 27th Anniversary with Buddhist Chanting Ceremony and Educational Fundraising for Flood-Affected Students

"On Friday, December 19, 2025, the School of Public Health, Walailak University, held a Buddhist chanting ceremony in celebration of its 27th anniversary (December 1, 2025), along with an educational fundraising ceremony to support students affected by flooding in Hat Yai District, Songkhla Province. The event took place at the Royal Father Hall, 1st Floor, School of Public Health Building. The ceremony was attended by faculty members, staff, students, and donors who generously contributed funds and educational supplies, including stationery and educational equipment, to support learning opportunities for students impacted by natural disasters. All donations were collected in collaboration with the School of Public Health Student Club, Walailak University, and were subsequently distributed to Ban Wang Rang School and Ban Tha Sai School in Hat Yai District, Songkhla Province. This event highlights the School of Public Health’s commitment to integrating academic excellence with social responsibility, fostering a spirit of compassion, public service, and community engagement among its academic community, while contributing to sustainable social development."
