Pattarapon Suaygad Appointed as President of the Federation of Thai Public Health and Health Science Students
School of Public Health, Walailak University, proudly congratulates Mr. Pattarapon Suaygad, a second-year undergraduate student, on his appointment as President of the Federation of Thai Public Health and Health Science Students a national student leadership body comprising members from across Thailand’s public health and health science faculties. Mr. Suaygad, known for his proactive spirit and strong commitment to academic and community engagement, expressed that he views every opportunity as a gateway to personal growth. “I never hesitate to take on new challenges. I believe that engaging in activities and responsibilities allows me to improve myself in various aspects. More importantly, working with others helps me develop my mindset, work ethic, and collaboration skills,” he noted. His election to this leadership position is seen as both a personal milestone and a testament to the leadership cultivation embedded in the educational philosophy of the School of Public Health. As president, he has outlined a three-point vision for the Federation: first, to promote meaningful student engagement and relationship-building across the national network; second, to initiate and support activities with tangible benefits for public well-being; and third, to strengthen the Federation’s presence and reputation at the national level.
