Strengthening Ties! Walailak University Partners with Kunming Medical University, China
In a collaborative event on 28 October 2024 at Kunming Medical University, School of Public Health, Walailak University, represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Supabhorn Yimthiang, Dean of the School of Public Health, has partnered with Kunming Medical University, China. Dr. Supabhorn met with Prof. Xie Xueshan, President of Kunming Medical University, as part of the South and Southeast Asia Medical Education and Service Alliance (SSAMESA) Leaders' Summit. This partnership marks an important step in enhancing educational and research collaboration between Thailand and China. The strengthened ties with Kunming Medical University aim to advance joint efforts in academic excellence, innovative research, and knowledge exchange in medical and public health fields.
