On 17 August 2026, the Public Health Research (PHR) Program, School of Public Health, Walailak University, organized a special lecture for the course PHR69-511 Research Methodology for Creating Public Health Innovation I in a hybrid learning format at the Thasala Phirom Meeting Room, Academic Building 8, Walailak University.
The PHR Program was honored to welcome Associate Professor Dr. Praditporn Pongdetrieng, Director of the Human Capital Development Institute Establishment Project, Suratthani Rajabhat University, as the guest speaker. He shared his knowledge, expertise, and practical experience in qualitative research methodology with PHR students.
The lecture consisted of two key sessions: Phenomenological Research in the morning and Qualitative Data Analysis Using NVivo in the afternoon. Students gained a deeper understanding of phenomenological research approaches, qualitative data analysis processes, and the practical use of NVivo to support systematic qualitative research.
The activity provided a valuable opportunity for students to strengthen their knowledge and research skills and to enhance their ability to apply qualitative research methods and digital tools in public health research.
