On 9 July 2026, the Public Health Research (PHR) Program, School of Public Health, Walailak University, organized the “PHR Orientation 2026: Welcome New Students” at the Phipoon Meeting Room. The event was held to warmly welcome new students and prepare them for their academic journey in the PHR Program.
The event was honored by Asst. Prof. Dr. Supabhorn Yimthiang, Dean of the School of Public Health, who delivered a warm welcome to the new students. Faculty members and staff also provided essential information related to graduate studies, including graduate student regulations, CIA-related activities, the CES system, EndNote, and plagiarism prevention.
The orientation also introduced students to the Ph.D. in Public Health Research and MPH in Public Health Research programs. In addition, the “PHR Family by Us” session provided an opportunity for new students to get to know one another, share experiences, and strengthen connections within the PHR community.
The event was filled with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, marking an important beginning for the new students as they embark on their journey of learning, research, professional development, and collaboration at Walailak University.
